In the area of business continuity and recovery planning, our sister company, the Contingency Management Consulting Group, can develop business continuity, recovery and system restoration plans that identify the potential risks and hazards (natural and technological) to businesses and outline the process for restoring a facility to normal operations. Each plan establishes a comprehensive process to minimize the impact of a disaster on business operations. Planning elements include identification of a business continuity/recovery team and defining incident management responsibilities, business impact and risk analyzes, identification of strategies for minimizing controllable risks, and identification of interim and long-term recovery/restoration strategies.
For Government
Our sister company, the Contingency Management Consulting Group, is able to assist government clients in planning for the continuation of critical services through continuity of operations planning and exercising. We have experience assisting clients at all levels of government. CMCG staff are familiar with the Federal Planning Circular 65 (FPC-65) as well as private sector standards for business continuity planning. Several consultants are certified business continuity planners and have also developed COOP training programs and exercises.
