Evaluation and Research
Evaluation and research are critical tools in developing a clear, objective understanding of the issue at hand. Litaker Group consultants, with their extensive research-based background, have provided evaluation and research services to a variety of clients and situations in the past five years.We have used our evaluation and research skills to assist clients in:
- Evaluating current bioterrorism preparedness for nearly 600 hospitals in Texas;
- Evaluating the emergency preparedness operations of a large investor-owned hospital chain;
- Evaluating the current health and medical preparedness capabilities of Texas at the county, city, and state level;
- Developing briefing papers available on topics related to health and medical preparedness; and
- Conducting and / or hosting facilitation sessions for health-related planning groups throughout Texas.
- Writing technical, evaluation, and assessment reports for state agencies, hospital corporations, and private companies.
